About Me

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about staying open to the messy, beautiful, and uncertain parts of life. I’m Dr. Aimee Hubbard, a Kansas City couples therapist, author, researcher, and AAMFT-approved supervisor. I am a relational therapist, who helps couples and individuals redefine their relationships to their relationships to uncertainty - because growth often comes from embracing the unknow and juicy parts of life. I am to help build authentic relationships, where people can feel seen, accepted and loved. My therapy approach focuses on helping couples navigate their relationships with curiosity instead of fear. Whether through therapy, teaching, or writing, my goal is to make mental health knowledge accessible and real. Welcome!
