What is my approach to therapy?

My therapeutic approach blends curiosity, compassion, and clinical expertise to help clients navigate the messy, beautiful complexity of relationships. I work from a systems and experiential perspective, helping individuals and couples see how their patterns of interaction - often shaped by past experiences - affect connection today.

I take a trauma informed and non-judgmental approach that blends compassion with humor to help you find the best path forward. Embracing diversity and supporting the LGBTQ+ community are integral parts of my practice, ensuring that everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

Whether you’re a couple healing after infidelity, struggling to reconnect, or an individual working through anxiety, self-esteem, or shame, therapy offers a space to grow with authenticity and care. By identifying patterns and encouraging new responses, I help couples cultivate thriving relationships.
